Welcome to "Our Dream world" and the attempt to turn that dream into a reality.
One evening, whilst having drinks, Barry blurted out "Let's sail around the world" Those were the words which started this amazing journey. To take our two youngest children and sail around the world.
Barry being the dreamer originated the idea. Lola the planner set the wheels in motion and with a little luck and a lot of work this dream will become a reality.
Our first step in this journey was to decide if we liked sailing, so a sailing course it was. Durban, South Africa, mid December 2008 we set off to complete a day skipper course with all our children in tow. 9 gruelling days of hard work and pure enjoyment and our minds were made up. We were sailing no matter what it took.
